How do I place an order?
Just go to any of our classified menus or open any hotels page and select the item you desire then click on the "Add to My Order" button you can continue your order still from any other hotel or simply end it by clicking on "End My Order" and providing the delivery address.

What is the time taken to deliver my goods?
Any order irrespective of its number of items will be delivered only after 1 hour. That's why we insists that the customer should order their items at least before 1 hour they expect to receive it. Thus there is minimum of 1 hour time taken for every order to be delivered.

How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can't check your order on the site but you can call our customer support and enquire about any order you have placed. Do try to give your "Order id " it helps in tracking the order more quickly. Our customer care No: 40074242

What are the Delivery Time & Places?
Order are delivered for both Lunch and Dinner. All the items at the hotels are subjected to availability We deliver orders across the city, any where from Mouzzam Jahi market to kukatpally, from Madhapur to Uppal and Gachibowli to Sainik puri.

From what time the items are available?
We cannot specify the exact time of any item, as it depends on the availability at the hotels. Generally most of the items are available from 1:00 pm onwards till 10:00 at night.

What is the ideal time to order?
You can order at any time of the day but before 9:30 pm.

How much are the delivery charges?
The prices listed on Hyderabad menu are including of delivery charges and service tax. So you got to pay the amount what you see on the pages. There are no hidden costs.

What is the Return policy?
Our goal is to achieve on-time delivery, delivering the order at the time we specify. Unfortunately factors like, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
